The Charitable Causes Committee was formed in 2005 as the umbrella committee for the scholarship program award that will be awarded annually beginning in Spring, 2006.
In addition, this committee will work to identify other charitable organizations with which CMARC can interface and achieve a positive a impact.

The CMARC and Jane Osborne Memorial Scholarship Program
CMARC has developed a scholarship program for current high school seniors who have relocated into the Charlotte area sometime between grades 9 (after 8th grade graduation) and 12. The one-time award of $1,000 will be presented to one Charlotte area high school senior this year . The award will be sent to the college that the student will be attending to assist with tuition, etc.
